Privacy Policy

STZ Developer makes Proseport. We collect as little as possible: the app works on your Mac, and we only receive what we need to sell you a license and deliver it.

The app

Your documents stay on your Mac. We never receive, read or store them.
No analytics or tracking. Proseport contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
Publishing and cloud export. When you choose to publish or export to Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box or Google Drive, the app sends that document directly from your Mac to the service, signed in with your own account. Sign-in tokens are kept in your Mac's Keychain. We don't see this data.
License checks. About once a day the app downloads a public list of revoked license IDs from license.getproseport.com to check that your license is still valid. Nothing about you or your documents is sent.
Images. When you export a document that references web images, the app downloads them to include them in the file.

Purchases

Paddle processes payments as our Merchant of Record and handles your payment details, which we never see. See Paddle's privacy policy.
From Paddle we receive your name, email address, country and order ID. We use them to issue your license, email it to you, handle refunds and answer support requests.
License emails are sent through Brevo. Our license server runs on Railway. Both process this data only on our behalf.
We keep license records for as long as your license exists, so we can restore or verify it. We don't sell your data or send marketing email unless you ask for it.

This website

getproseport.com sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The checkout is provided by Paddle, which may use cookies needed to process your payment securely.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to . Deleting your data also deletes your license record.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
