We want you to be happy with Proseport Pro. You can try every Pro feature free for 14 days before buying, and if Pro isn't right for you after purchase, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

• Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to with your order number.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• After a refund, the license is deactivated and Pro features lock again. The free features keep working.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if Proseport doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it. Get in touch and we'll do our best to help. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
