Publish to Google Docs, Notion, Confluence and SharePoint

Send a document straight to the tools your team uses, or save it to Dropbox, OneDrive, Box or Google Drive.

You'll learn to
  • Publish with copy and paste, no setup needed
  • Set up one-click publishing
  • Save exports to a cloud drive

Pro Publishing and cloud drive export are Pro features. Try it free for 14 days.

  1. Works right away

Choose File ▸ Export to Google Docs, Notion, Confluence or SharePoint. Without any setup, Proseport copies the formatted document and opens the destination; press ⌘V there to paste it in.

  2. One-click Notion

In Notion, create an internal integration and copy its secret. Open the page that should hold your exports, choose ••• ▸ Connections and add the integration. Then paste the secret and the page link into File ▸ Notion Settings… and click Test Connection. Each export becomes a new page under it.

  3. One-click Confluence

In File ▸ Confluence Settings… enter your site address, an API token (Cloud, with your Atlassian email) or a personal access token (Data Center), and the space key. Optionally add a parent page.

  4. One-click Google Docs and SharePoint

Both need a one-time app registration, with Google Cloud for Docs and Microsoft Entra for SharePoint. The settings windows walk through each step with links. After that, exports land as native Google Docs or as Word files in your SharePoint folder.

  5. Cloud drives

File ▸ Export to Dropbox…, OneDrive…, Box… or Google Drive… saves the document as Word, PDF, HTML, EPUB or plain text into your drive.

  6. Your accounts, your data

Proseport talks to each service directly from your Mac using your own account. Tokens stay in your macOS Keychain, and nothing passes through our servers.
